Noah and the Whale to Release New Album

There's something about Noah and the Whale's sound that's wonderfully sentimental and wistful without being even remotely sappy. I meant to post the news a couple days ago that the British indie folk band has got a new album slated for March 15 called Last Night on Earth. Paste magazine is streaming their single "Wild Thing" (which has nothing to do with The Troggs) on their website via cool cassette tape-shaped media player. As usual, give the song a few seconds and then start asking yourself whether you've fallen in love. You probably have.

On a related note, above is the official music video for another song off the new album called "L.I.F.E.G.O.E.S.O.N." It's surprisingly upbeat compared to their usual fare. TMI is definitely looking forward to March.
